Not what I was expecting

This is definitely my fault since I didn't read through everything as well I I should have or watched the video to see that you need to wet the tape to make it sticky. I did ask in an email if it could be put on a standard tape gun for easier application and all I was given was the core size. It might have been nice for them to tell me a tape gun won't work because you need to take a sponge and wet it first. However, I think the tape looks amazing and I wish I could sell it to my customer however this is not the style they are looking for so now I sit on a $200 invoice that I won't get reimbursed for from my customer. I marked yes that I would order again now that I know what it looks like and how it works. Just not for this particular company.
