Matte Finish Confirmed, But Glossy Stickers Received

I specifically confirmed with our rep that these stickers would be matte on the front, as we use them as labels and need to write on them. I was assured that all stickers are matte. Unfortunately, the stickers we received are glossy, and pen does not write on them. This was my primary concern when placing the order, so I am very disappointed in the outcome. We invested in 500 of these, and they are not functional for our intended use, which has created operational challenges for our team.
