Not sure why quality has gone down

I order a lot of stickers. Months ago I had something printed with small text and it looked great. So these stickers I’m reviewing were the same size and yet they look quite bad if you looked too close. Grainy, messed up text (double lines), barely readable text etc. Parts of the sticker were worse than others. As I’ve no received many defective batches I opted not to have a reprint because the issue never seems to resolve
