Great customer service!

I was really impressed with the customer service and design assistance. After they sent me the first proof, I was able to request changes instead of trying to edit the design myself. For example, I asked for the word "Pharmacy" to be done in glitter. While I have some graphic design software, I wouldn't have been able to create that effect myself because the lettering needed to be designed to work with the glitter background. They made the changes quickly, and the final result was exactly what I was hoping for. The only reason I almost gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of transparency around pricing. This was my third order before I realized, after checking my credit card statement, that I had actually paid about 42% more than I expected because all of the prices are in USD. Looking back, I realize I should have noticed it was a .com website rather than .ca, and I could have contacted customer service to ask. At the same time, many websites either clearly label prices as USD or automatically display CAD pricing once you enter a Canadian address or payment method. Having one of those features would help avoid the "sticker shock" for Canadian customers. That said, the customer service is excellent, fast, and accommodating. On another order I asked if they could change the colors of a design after I got the initial proof, and they happily did. On another order, when the product arrived with some flaws, customer service offered to replace said items. You're definitely paying for more than just the product - you're paying for great service and personalized design help. The free shipping was also a major reason I decided to give the company a try, and I'm glad I did. Overall, despite the unexpected currency conversion, I've had a great experience and would order again. I just hope they make the pricing a little clearer for international customers.
