Outstanding Customer Service

I misunderstood the assignment when ordering window clings and I mirrored the image. This was incorrect for window clings because they have a white background. After I received my order and realized it was wrong, customer service was great and refunded the order cost so that I could order front adhesive stickers instead. These have a clear background and the adhesive does not leave a residue. I was very happy with the process!
