Super fast, but not the best quality

I was super impressed with the fast responses upon placing my order. They had the initial proof ready incredibly quickly, and their responses/edits in response to my feedback were also very quick. I was also very impressed that we received the magnets within a few days. I placed the order on the 12th, we were expecting to receive them on the 20th, however they arrived 5 days early on the 15th. We were very impressed! My only reason for giving 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the quality of the actual magnet. The magnet is very thin and flimsy - it's not a high quality product. I wish the magnet material was thicker for a better end user experience, for example a refrigerator magnet strong enough to hold a piece of paper. This was disappointing after being so impressed with their customer service from the time of placing my order.
