I measure Quality from the ordering process all the way to final product, including shipping. I was pleasantly surprised to see the hard cards and thick bubble wrap in the packaging. Other companies send basic cardboard without any protection. These packaging details might cost the company a little more but yielding loyalty as a high return is worth it.
