Missing

I did not receive all of my labels in my shipment; this being one of them. The process to get them printed and shipped in a timely fashion has been most tedious. I am missing a product shoot and they will be late for my launch at this point. I am satisfied with the quality of the prints i did receive and have received in the past, as this was my third or fourth order, but the handling of my missing labels has been disappointing. If this can be rectified satisfactorily and shipped timely, so as to not miss my launch, then I will not hesitate to order again. I’ll just make sure to allot more time for possible hiccups.
