I purchased these because I send out a lot of things. 5x9 was the size that I was looking for and so I assumed (first mistake) that these would accommodate. They did not. The inside width is MAYBE 3 inches. Nothing I mail will fit inside the small space. I loved my polymailers. They came in handy and I love branding.

I think it's a misunderstanding and not a misrepresentation, which is why I didn't give a lower star rating. The mailers are amazing quality and the image is perfect. But the size was an issue. They are 5x9 which in hindsight was exactly what i needed, however, the actual mailing part is more 3x7 ish (I didn't actually measure it). After a bit of a mix up and a dental office got my mailers but im glad sticker mule fixed and thanks to the other guy reaching out to my company about the mix up hope sticker mule fixes your order.
