They're cheap and that's mostly it.

I've heard about Stickermule charms a long time ago and read complaints about them not putting a protective coating on the print side. Disappointingly, they still do not protect the print side of the charm. My 50-piece order came with 3 extra pieces and I think it's to replace 3 pieces with the print chipped off (or maybe just a coincidence?) The acrylic board used is lighter than my other charms from other manufacturers. However, the acrylic board seems to be on the brittle side and might snap/shatter with enough force. It's a bit hard to judge the print since my artwork is in black and white, but so far the print is actually crisp and not grainy. Since they only print one side, I thought of forgoing the holes and assemble the charms as pins myself. It's nice to have this option during checkout. Packaging was not great either. These charms were loosely crammed in a resealable plastic bag then fitted in a small cardboard cube. Cool freebies though. Conclusion: These are great for super cheap giveaways for your brand/shop when Stickermule rolls out deals but prepare to receive damaged pieces (prints chipping off). You could probably spray the print side with some clear fixative to protect it.
