It was a great deal and the editing process was very helpful, but my order was late and incomplete. I never got my custom packing tape and was really disappointed. Also, I tried filling out a returns claim and sending an email but their web site froze on processing it. I tried looking for a number to call or address to send a complaint yet nothing. Its sad because sticker mule does good work, but when there is a lack of customer support you have to think twice on using them.
