Sending a complimentary bottle of hot sauce with an order of pins, magnets and tape has never made sense to me. If you want to include a gift, why not send something related to the products that I’m purchasing (more stationary, exciting new products, decals or coasters.) Instead, this bottle shattered during shipping and spilled everywhere. That said- props to Sticker Mule for individually wrapping each product in our order so nothing was completely ruined- just very messy,
