Amazing customer service

I submitted artwork that was what I thought was flat at the top, and I didnt look at the proof thoroughly due to the fact that I thought it was correct when i submitted. It arrived and I was upset, but before I did anything rash or hasty I double checked everything I did, and as I figured it was my fault. And sticker me did exactly what I asked for as good companies do. I had then emailed their amazing customer service with my error, explaining the issue that I was fully at fault for, and requested just a proof with the line used at the top to be made the level line. Stickermule did one better and went above and beyond re-printed the art and just sent them that way for approval. Even with me admitting my fault. Some companies still know how to get life long customers, and ignore the counting of the pennies, when they are dropping dollars. They didn't do that with me, when they had every right too. In doing so they now have a forever customer who will tell people this in the future. Some people miss that company customer service is one of the biggest forms of marketing, stickermule does not. I Cannlt wait to do my mass order with them. As well as future orders, as their reliability, quality, and customer service is unmatched. (Also people reading this comment, dont assume the top of a state is a straight line, this was for the state of iowa, but now I would even double check even colorado on my next order.)
