Stuck to the Paper

For some reason the lettering adhesive stuck to the paper and it wouldn't stick to the window. I ended up with a thin layer of letters on the paper and a thicker version of lettering on the clear plastic part. I received 2 sets and both did the same thing. I would only order again if I got my money back.
