Not as good as it used to be

We love Stickermule and have been long-time customers. We started a tradition when we rescued our first senior pup and had her stickers made and they travel all over the world that ask “Where you?” In a literal and figurative sense. We lost her on December 4th so the stickers have become even more precious to us to keep her memory alive everywhere we go so she keeps touching lives as she did for us. The night we lost her we saw a license plate that said “You’ll be ok”. We were very fortunate that she led us to our third rescue on the 20th of December. The Where You message has become so poignant for us and we wanted something special to mark our Gracie May’s (new rescue girl) arrival and a message that is unique to her. We chose You’ll be ok as her tagline and had stickers made. Not sure if it was the fact that I ordered labels instead of stickers but the quality doesn’t seem in keeping with what we’ve enjoyed previously. The proof was vibrant and looks crisp and nice but the version we received isn’t as clear and the colors are bland and image/text grainy. We still love Stickermule and will stay loyal customers - only recommendation is a word of caution on the varied quality of products. Stickers may be the way to go rather than sticker labels or maybe this just wasn’t a good printing. Wishing they came out like my proof and hope if I order again they’ll be better.
