100/10 Experience

I am starting a business and was looking for a company to print some stickers for me. After a not-so-great experience with another popular online printing company, I found Sticker Mule. I submitted my design online and they were incredibly quick with helping me to get it set up like I wanted and with sending me the proof to approve. I approved it and got my order. When I received my order, it wasn't exactly as I expected. I reached out to Sticker Mule's customer service. They were incredibly gracious in letting me know what the issue was (it was my fault, I didn't double check on color codes) and then, after allowing me to select the correct color codes I wanted, they did a quick re-print and sent them to me. All I can say is WOW! Talk about WONDERFUL customer service! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get something printed and I will use them anytime I need that service, too. P.S. If you're using an online image and wanting to print it, make sure the color codes you'd like to use are matched up to those that will be printed. Sticker Mule has a great page already set up to help you match the colors, too!
