Better than expected but not 100%

Template files, ink colors, die cut accuracy, vinyl quality, and turnaround time were all excellent. The only negative for me, and it's kind of a big one, is the satin matte finish on the vinyl. It mutes the colors, especially dark colors, enough that I find it distracting. If a high gloss finish was available, these would be absolutely perfect. I may reorder. Still deciding if I can live with the matte finish but will definitely reorder if gloss becomes available.
