This is my third order placed with Sticker Mule - their customer service is always so helpful, patient and quick with replies. The quality of the products is amazing, I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result and will be coming back to order again.

Hi, I received the order of 50 custom pins, and I brought them to my company event today on June 9th. Everybody loved the custom pins. However, many of the pins (at least 20) already fell off, and can't be used. I'd like to order again, but I don't want to pay for the replacements. Is it possible to ship me a new batch of 20 custom pins for free?

I receive my pin before the date , wich im always happy about stickermule, and the quality is quite good , the print is nice and the Pic holder is super nice, again a very happy customer

プリントはとてもきれいですが、表面に傷が多く、欠けているものも多数で正規品と考えられるのは甘く見ても半数以下。裏のピンも真ん中にないものも多い状態です。 プレゼントや細かな性格の日本人には不向きです。自分やスタッフのために使用するのであれば我慢して使用できる商品です。

It could have been very nice as the print is lovely but the plastic is too thick for my preference, there are small scratches on the face of the badges and the edges are really rough. Two of the badge pins also came off on the first day of wearing them. Needs some finer care and attention.
