Not great, has potential, I hope this product is improved upon so I can try again

I really wanted to like these, they have a lot of potential use for my business, but I don't think I would order them again unless some important production changes were made. The worst offense, personally, is that the image used in the final product is actually mirrored to what I received as a proof. I feel very lucky that I didn't have any text in my design and that this image was not an important logo or symbol that needed to face the right orientation. But, as a client, it is extremely important for a product proof to be a trustworthy representation of what the final product looks like. The acrylic material feels great. The cut was smooth and quite closer to the print than I expected, which looks great. The print itself is awesome, great detail, but it's left unprotected and a couple of the charms arrived with scratches on the back and ink was peeled away. For the charms that survived, I'll have to find a solution to protect the print before being able to put them to actual use. It's an extra step I'll have to consider when deciding ordering from Sticker Mule vs competitors. I just don't feel comfortable ordering these again unless a protective layer of something is added to the back. I hope to try again in the future.
