Be careful or they'll print it as a transparent

I used a graphic for a keychain that I also used for a bumper sticker. It has a white background but apparently if you're not paying attention, StickerMule will randomly switch the white background to transparent. I had three keychains printed and for some reason only this one ended up with a clear/transparent background. The other two printed with a white background and pop but with this one its difficult to see the printing with a clear background. Sent pictures, a video and about 4 long emails to the company but it turns out it's all my fault. This keychain was only $75 of my $1k order, but instead of a free reprint, I was offered a $25 credit, which I can use if I spend more than $30. Disappointing.
