my bags were coming undone at the seams

Hi, I've been ordering my mailers from you for a couple years now, and I've never had any issues until this last order. The bags seem to be falling apart at the seams and I'm having to tape each bag before mailing them to ensure they don't fall apart in transit. I need to place another order for bags but I don't want to run into the same issue again. Can someone reach out and guarantee my next order will not include bags that will fall apart? I really like your product and don't want to order from anyone else, but need quality bags for my customers. Sincerely, Leslee
