Different than prior times ordered, not good

I have ordered this exact design and pin several times, usually over 1000 quantity each time. This time, they glued the pin onto the plastic instead of using a thin foam double sided tape to attach the pin, like every time before. This creates a problem for me, because they were easily converted to magnets instead of pins. With this order, I cannot tear the pin off to make them magnets. Big big bummer. Doubt I'll order again because of this change Sad because their ordering is easy and the quality is good, but this new design construction change doesn't work for my needs since I cannot convert these to magnets at all. I have some staff that likes pins and some that can only wear magnets due to their clothing at work..... this most recent order cannot be converted at all.
