More Impressed Than Not

I recently received 50 acrylic pins from Sticker Mule. Of those, 25-30 were of acceptable quality, meaning they were not damaged. Two of the pieces had separated from their pins, rendering them useless. Many others had scratches that were visible through the acrylic material. More than half of the pieces I ordered were in good shape, which I would be proud to wear or gift to others. Some of the pins on the back were awkwardly offset from the center. The printing was perfect, but all of the pieces were shipped in one bag. I think this contributed to the damage on many of the pieces; the ink may have been scratched by the sharp edges of the pieces. The plastic film protected the face of the pieces, but there was nothing to protect the printed surface. If they were individually wrapped, they probably would have arrived intact. Luckily, I only needed 25 pieces, so I was able to meet my needs.
