Didn't follow my instructions

I've ordered half a dozen shirts or more through sticker mule. In the notes section, I requested that the print on my most recent order be 11" wide and provided art at that size. That instruction wasn't followed. Overall, the full front and left chest prints are generally too large, and it's frustrating that you're resizing provided art.
