Like, usually withing 10 minutes or less. You can ask for as many revisions to the proofs as you need, just be reminded that the longer you take to accept the oriof, the longer it will take for production. Support is also always just an email away, and usually respond in a timely manner in my past experiences. For me, once I placed my order and accepted the the proof, the order arrived in about a week.
