Horrible!!!!

They sent me a replacement after they botched the printing of the first shirt. I asked them to move the graphic down a bit on the shirt because it was hugging the neck... they sent a replacement that has the graphic about 6 inches from the neck. In what shirt printing world is this acceptable? I have had multiple misplacements with them over the years. They need a proper placement guide like Teepublic. Thanks to these guys' inability to print, someone won't be getting their Christmas gift this year. Absolutely ridiculous
