Color doesn't match

Our art was in bronze color, we have a high end flower shop and some customized boxes cannot be printed on so we ordered stickers. But the color we received was not even close to the art we sent out, it came out as a light yellow greenish tone that unfortunately breaks the luxury feel of our boxes as we had to discard. The drawing come out accurate though, but we need a supplier that can provide us stickets matching are logo art more precisely.
