Bubbles in logo, adhesive on the front

I'm normally very happy with my orders from Sticker Mule but this shirt had multiple issues. 1. The logo has a bunch of noticeable bubbles in it and since it's bright red it's very obvious and prominent. 2. There's also a very clear stain or mark on the front that seems to be some sort of adhesive, like glue or something. I washed it and it did not come out at all. Then I tried to scrape it off with my fingernail; that did nothing so then I started meticulously trying to scrape it off with a metal tool. I'm not sure how this passed QC because the adhesive is very apparent on a black shirt.
