Great quality stickers and AMAZING customer service

This is my third or fourth reorder of stickers for our cut flower bouquets. The quality is always fantastic and we get lots of compliments on how they look. This time when I opened my package we only had 900, not the 1000 we received. I logged in and sent a customer service email letting them know of the shortage. Within 14 minutes, I had an apology with an offer of refund or replacement and confirmation that they would be next in the queue. Two days later, I got an email with the tracking information! Mistakes happen but rectifying it in this way is what is going to keep me coming back again and again.
