Great customer service

We ordered one set of label samples and were unhappy with the color match to our brand color, which we've struggled with elsewhere as well. I contacted customer service and asked for some guidance on how to achieve what we wanted. I've never gotten a faster or more helpful response from online customer service. They helped me figure out what the problem was, how to fix it, and reprinted the samples for free. We just got them yesterday and they're exactly what we needed. The quality is great as well and they feel much more expensive than they are. I've always loved Sticker Mule for their marketing strategy (that's my field) but now I love them even more.
