An unusual miss- but was corrected

I was really looking forward to this one but the print on the back was put on a bit crooked and lower than I expected/hoped from the proof. The lettering on front is wavy and wrinkled and there was some kind of material on the bottom of the shirt (possibly paint). I can’t the shirt so this one was a miss for me. They usually do better. I would like to note what a wonderful customer service experience resulted from my feedback. They were so quick and helpful. I truly appreciate you.
