Nice Quality but shipping and expected delivery Way Off

Ordered early to have in time for a Farmers Market this Fall our first market was last weekend. SM expected delivery was last week Thursday We were excited. Until Thursday came and went and No product No updates. Contacted SM and label was created but product was Never shipped. Went out later the excuse given as the “hoodies were popular”. Didn’t help Us …. Product arrived after the market hoodie came this week. I appreciate their specials but if you need it within 1-2 weeks don’t hold your breathe. You’ll end up reaching out to SM to find out where your ordered products are. I guess this is part of a business growing. Lead times grow too and shipping labels printed ahead of time to create an idea your product is shipping when reality it’s a printed label printed WAY to early!!
