Never Recieved Sample Pack

I ordered the sample pack, and received the confirmation emails and double checked all the addresses, but I never received the pack. Also the confirmation number sent to me is non existent and doesn't work. I'm not too upset considering it only cost me a dollar, but you would think that sending a sample pack would be easy business compared to an actual order, which makes me skeptical to order custom stickers.
