bad followthrough

I ordered one size larger and Sticker Mule did a smaller one without proper communication as to how it could have been made the size I wanted. They since have a better proof so it can be re-done larger and they refuse to do so. I am giving them a second chance and have ordered 24x16 size and do hope they re-do the previous oval order as any good business person would.
