I’ve been a fan for years but only recently pulled the trigger and placed an order for samples. The proof process needs work. I left several communications during revisions but never once got a reply back. While the labels might be legible, the dimensions and centering are off from what I originally uploaded with my .pdf and .ai files. I love sticker mule for their quality of labels. But the lack of customer service is very very disappointing. You have to do everything via email no phone calls. Especially when you need edits for your design. They make sure to remind you that you should have your artwork ready before uploading even though they’re well capable of design help. but it would be easy to have some assurance when needed... もっと読む
