Printing quality is inconsistent w/ logo sizing also stretched and logo not balanced with the shirt

The quality of the shirts are getting better, however, the printing quality remains the same as before, with some yellowing around the print area and the printing ink seems to change from shirt to shirt. Not sure if they are made in separate locations or not. Also, the logo seems stretched dimensionally in the y-axis vs. other shirts. The logo is also really big on some shirts (S-sized) vs. other ...
