There was a lot of anticipation on how the custom pins were going to arrive. And when it finally did, the glee on our faces was simply delightful

I am a repeat buyer and will continue to order from here! Very happy with my order and with the customer service I received when I needed help.

While they printed the pins exactly the way I set them up, I wish they would have provided feedback. Because the acrylic is transparent, the colors I selected are too light and font too small to read. What looked great on my end, didn’t look so good when created. If I had been given that feedback, I would have made changes to the design. Now I’m stuck with pins that aren’t usable.

プリントはとてもきれいですが、表面に傷が多く、欠けているものも多数で正規品と考えられるのは甘く見ても半数以下。裏のピンも真ん中にないものも多い状態です。 プレゼントや細かな性格の日本人には不向きです。自分やスタッフのために使用するのであれば我慢して使用できる商品です。

It could have been very nice as the print is lovely but the plastic is too thick for my preference, there are small scratches on the face of the badges and the edges are really rough. Two of the badge pins also came off on the first day of wearing them. Needs some finer care and attention.
