As the next Congressman from New York's 21st Congressional district I will represent all of Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Lewis, Schoharie, St. Lawrence, Warren, Washington and parts of Jefferson, Montgomery, Oneida, Saratoga.
