Great look, so magnet-y

Ethernet, how does it even work? Now, I've got plenty of magnets to keep in odd places to teach me 568B wiring because every other diagram I could find was ugly and not a magnet or sticker. Moreover, I'm a software guy - why should I memorize a diagram I use twice per year? Oh, because when I need it, the network's not working and I probably can't look it up. That's right. Colors are great, magnet is strong.
