Cool stickers but a tad disappointed

I thought ordering the stickers from this company was a easy process, and the company has some great work as a whole, but I was really looking to have the gold in my logo be metallic, and for the stickers to be "bolder" "sharper", and I made a special note requesting that, but I think its my file that may be the issue. But even though I wished they were better, I've still gotten lots of compliments and requests for them so:)
