Bad Quality

I only gave one star as when I received the proof and questioned the quality (I could have fixed any issues on my end if they had told me my graphic quaiity was lacking.) I was told that the proof quality was always lower than the finished product and that these would turn out nicely. They didn't...They were blurry and not up to the quality that I have received on all other orders. They were unusable in my shop and are now sitting in a drawer to collect dust.
