Not sealed on the sides

I use these for my small business and several readers complained that their package was opened on one side when it arrived. I also have had to toss out half a dozen of the packages because I myself have noticed that they are opened on the sides upon arrival. Not a well made product. I will be requesting a refund or a replacement.
