PROS: fast, paper quality awesome & DEEP blacks CONS: surprise! matte & in a cylinder

So far I have been THRILLED with everything I have ordered from StickerMule. Super fast shipping, super high-quality final products...you name it - they are my new favorite for merch and business needs. The only big "surprise!" to this poster order was that it came shipped in a poster tube and the posters were wrapped TIGHT to fit. This is not to say that I minded - it just added an extra 2-3 days to prep time to use them as the paper, once rolled tightly was hard to "coax" back to flat. Had I been aware of the way they shipped, I could have built it into my production time, that's the issue. I wish there was either more obvious description of the poster product (paper weight, matte finish, etc.) I was assuming that POSTER meant glossy, thin lightweight posters as I didn't see any description of the item other than POSTER. (and yes, there are pictures but sometimes you just process images in the way you want to see them, especially without descriptions) I also mistakenly assumed since I only ordered 10 posters and that they were 11X17 that they would be shipped flat in a mailer with a sheet of cardboard or similar. All of this is picky stuff - I adore the paper quality and the colors look fantastic on the matte -- I just wasn't expecting it. Add a little more copy to each item's page before ordering and maybe specifics about how things are packaged (just the facts, but remember people need to see/read something MULTIPLE times for it to "stick" in their minds...) do that? and you'll rule the world. 100% recommend this site for all your product needs!
