They did not have heat treatment

Honestly everytime I buy something from this company that isn't a sticker, the quality is bad. This time the shirts arrived one of them had a slight misprint and the lines look double, colors didn't line up. And when I put them both in the wash, the vinyl was sticking to itself and ripped all kinds of holes through my design. The customer service is always there when I receive defective products. They give me reprints or store credit. But the products are not good literally every time I order. The stickers are fine. Just stick with the stickers from this company. Charms, pins, and tshirts have been disappointing
