Beware the protective plastic coating

Apparently, all of the acrylic products come with a protective plastic coating that has to be manually removed. from. each. individual. item. To the point that the help desk sent a video showing how to do so. We ordered 1,000 of each of the acrylic items and it is just not practical to do this. For that reason, we won't be ordering acrylic items. If you are not placing a bulk order, this probably isn't a problem, but for bulk orders, it is a no-go for me.
