Die cut not used.

I want to start out by saying I love sticker mule and have used you on dozens of occasions for a very long time. This was the first time I’ve had this issue. I routinely put a die cut line on my art and make it very visible for production. I noticed in my proof it was not used but rather the bleed. I responded to the proof with this concern and was told the die cut was noticed and used. It wasn’t. I thought you should know. Have a nice day.
