Weirdly Bad Customer Service

Usually I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Stickermule and their customer service. However, I ordered clear stickers and they arrived with yellow-is backgrounds. I contacted customer service right away with three photos and the person who got the case "Erica" like, still didn't believe me. So she had me open the sealed stickers and sent her a couple more pics. I have and nothing. It's been 8 days and I am really surprised.
