Inconsistent Printing

I had to have this shirt reprinted since the wrong size was sent originally...and, now, the printing is kinda chalky, not as crisp (white) as the other shirts I received last week. Not sure that I will order shirts from SM anymore - too much hassle with returns and getting the person I spoke with to believe that I wasn't "lying" about the wrong size.
