The print is beautiful. But the design is not centered.

The vibrancy of the prints are great. The design looks good. But the problem is every single one of the print design are way off center on the mailers. The right side is cut off. While the left side.has too much border. And almost an inch from the back side is folded over onto the front bottom. Somebody clearly hurried to print these. And didn't do much of anything to try and align them or correct them after they started printing off center. Stuff like this is very frustrating. On the one hand, I feel like this should be given a reprint. Since every single mailer print is off. And I paid good money for a correct print order. On the other hand, I hate having to complain and almost feel like I may start buying my mailers elsewhere. There are other companies who can print for less money the same things. I have had a few issues lately with SM prints being no good. Or showing up damaged. They do always make it right. And send replacements when it happens. Which is good. It is mainly just the inconvenience of having to contact them and explain the issues and send pictures. It becomes time consuming after it happens. I hope they will replace these.
