Never received went with different company

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My original order was lost, and while a reprint was sent, I was later notified that it had been delivered—but I never received it. I checked my property, mailbox, and with neighbors, and there was nothing. Despite this, the only resolution offered to me was store credit, which is not helpful after two failed deliveries. I ordered well in advance for a team event, and due to these repeated issues, my team ended up without their stickers. I had no choice but to go with another company at the last minute. This situation was frustrating, inconvenient, and avoidable. At this point, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
